You need to look at your fonts. You can not use Device Fonts with Off - stage objects / mask checked. This will stop you fonts from showing.
The debug pop up showes this when you export as a HTML & SWF files.
The very first lines of the pop up.
Learn to use the debug window to help find problems.

nop, still can't make it work

I don't know what you did, but in the Zip file is just what I showed you and it works. Open and test with the html or the swf. This is done in Swishmax 4 2011/09/19 so if you are using three go and download this version in the bug forum at Swish Zones Forum to read.

cycle1500 m8 I really apreciate the effort, but now the mechanism that works with the e-cart doesn't work.. I'm starting to believe that having this exernal text scroller and that e-cart is impossible to fit it right

I really don't know what you are trying to accomplish, but this file is several years old and made with a earlier Swishmax program.
If you look around here you will find that there are several posts from new members trying to use and modify old files to newer versions. As Swish progresses, as does Adobe Flash, the syntax of scripting changes. The changes between close versions can be made and the file versions can be updated. Others are to different and need a whole reworking.
I deleted all the scenes after the first so I could Zip it and make the upload limit here.
If you are using my SWI then nothing else will work. But also as you will see as you change and save the original you will find problems.
