I'm not quite sure who to vote for.
Rob has the best design and quality, however, it doesn't seem to function right. This will be kind of tough.

I think Chris is thinking that you have to press the buttons not drag them!
Am I right Chris?

Well I missed the deadline, but thats ok ,you all did a great job
My vote went not only for the best, but also for creativity.
Rob did an excellent job as expected and wouldnt have figured he would do any less, but that compliment also marred my decision upon whom to vote for. In his(Robs) sleep he could create stuff that we cant even dream about yet.I cast my vote for VooDoo Ray because of his creativity, using the tools available and he has proven with this project that he is learning this stuff excessively quick. Nice Job

Hey where is the Physician's entry?
I personally like how that one had a reflection on the floor.

Should I host any future competitions or challenges, I'll be a little more explicit in the instructions, such as file size limits ... deadlines for entries, ... etc.
However, both tapper and Phonecian missed the deadline for verifying their SWI files. It is a shame because I really liked Phonecian's file, and I never got to see tapper's entry. But, in all fairness, I could not enter their links for voting.

I was wondering if Rob used Swishmax instead of Swish 2.0.
It seems that a few people had the exportable beta and have been using it without disclosure.
Just wondering...that's all....
Maybe he'll check in and verify.

VooDoo ...
I personally verified that each file was done 100% in Swish V2. I checked every object. I thought I had made that clear?
Had it been done in SwishMax, I would not have been able to open the file in Swish V2.

Hey Pulse,
Can we have a competition just for the newbies sometime?
(not trying to sound "petty" Here)
It's just that Rob, and some of the others are just too good for us little beginners to even have a "shot in the dark".....
Was just wondering....

Hi Karen ...
Anyone is welcome to come up with a competition/challenge and name their own rules in this forum.
I'm not sure how you would go about verifying that term though, since anyone could re-register under a new name and call themselves a "newbie".
I guess you'd have to go with the honor system?
If you come up with the challenge/competition, I'd be happy to help you formulate the rules (I think file size is an important one) and I'll even host the entries for you.

Okay:
VooDooRay gets my vote! VERY cool and the most realistic light bulb!! :D
Rob88Wells used an image i think.... no offense or to say hes cheating
But does THIS Light Bulb (http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=trumantoday.truman.edu/light%2520bulb.jpg&imgrefurl=http://trumantoday.truman.edu/010710.html&h=352&w=196&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dlight%2Bbulb%26svnum%3D10%26hl%3Den%2 6lr%3D%26ie%3DUTF-8%26oe%3DUTF-8%26sa%3DN) look familiar??
My website splash (http://gi.thesjproject.com) uses light bulbs but I missed the Deadline!! :(
Thats the reason I knew about that light bulb image.....
sorry if im wrong. no offense intended....
-Stephen
EDIT: I looked at it again and the art is just sooo good. Now im not saying he just imported an image, but maybe he used photoshop for the switch, etc..? Sorry Rob :(

I am going to say this just one more time.
I personally verified each and every object in every SWI file submitted. No entry had any shape with an applied graphic. There were no external images in the final SWI files. If an image was used to trace the shapes and then the graphic removed from the SWI ... that's just a good use of design technique.
If there is anyone else who wants to challenge my integrity, feel free to email me so I can give you the reply you deserve.
