Nope. That requires the input of Actionscript and the passing of variables; which is not possible yet in SWiSH (yet might be in a later release), but is in FLash 5/MX.

Brian has made some wonderful forms to be used in Swish (as feedback e.g.) and which can be bought here (I believe the price has also been reduced for a while). The proceeds are used to keep this great site going, so by buying it, you'll do yourself and many others a big favour.

I think I was the first to buy/donate Brian's Flash Forms. I have no complaints, they work great! If you want to see them check them out:
